Vorys' Groundbreaking AI Product Exclusively Focused on Employment Law

Constantly evolving labor and employment laws make it challenging for businesses to stay compliant.  Finding a simple, accurate source of truth is increasingly difficult, leaving organizations vulnerable to compliance risks and inefficiencies.  Vorys developed AIV Labor, a proprietary agentic generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) product, to quickly and effectively address attorneys’ and HR professionals’ questions regarding federal, state and local employment laws.   

Unlike other technology products that rely on out-of-date, incomplete or improperly reviewed sources, AIV Labor conducts real-time searches across more than 460 federal, state and local legal sources, selected by Vorys national labor and employment attorneys, to address labor and employment law questions.  AIV Labor’s sole focus on employment law ensures that its responses are highly relevant, accurate, and tailored to the specific needs of its users. 

Within the product, AI agents can autonomously perform tasks, refine its responses, and adapt based upon changing statutes, legislation, and codes.  It asks users questions to ensure it provides the most accurate and complete responses to questions and presents those responses in a straight-forward, easy-to-understand format. 

Vorys attorneys and IT team have conducted extensive testing of AIV Labor.  This confirmed AIV Labor’s reliability and allowed the Vorys team to identify and mitigate any potential biases or errors that could impact its performance.  Feedback regarding the product has been overwhelmingly positive, and AIV Labor has significantly reduced time spent on research when compared to traditional research methods.

AIV Labor is safe for sensitive and client confidential information.  All information is kept in firm-vetted and secure resources complying with Vorys security and privacy standards.

Vorys is currently in the process of patenting AIV Labor, which the firm believes differentiates it from other AI products that do not utilize its unique agentic AI design.

A small group of Vorys clients are currently further testing the product.  We anticipate that AIV labor will be available to a broader audience soon.
