Overview
Colleen is the manager of eControl operations and client services. Colleen helps oversee Vorys eControl’s daily operations and ensures the delivery of exceptional client services. Colleen is a proactive leader who supports the Vorys eControl division by operationalizing the processes and procedures necessary to onboard and support eControl clients.
Prior to joining the Vorys eControl team, Colleen was a litigation paralegal at the firm for twenty years.
