Brian is of counsel in the Vorys Orange County office and a member of the labor and employment group.  His practice focuses on employment litigation involving claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, unfair competition and wage and hour violations.  Brian also has experience representing clients in defense against class action claims, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) collective actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions.  Brian has both prosecuted and defended trade secret matters.  He has also represented clients in administrative proceedings and alternative dispute resolutions forums.

Along with his employment practice, Brian has significant experience with matters relating to website accessibility claims brought under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.  He has represented businesses in public access cases, including physical barrier and website accessibility matters, including matters regarding mobile applications.

Brian has assisted clients from a number of industries including retail, food and beverage, hospitality, banking and logistics.

Brian has been published in numerous publications and given presentations on topics tied to labor and employment law and compliance, as well as web-accessibility.

Brian received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.  He received his B.S. from Cornell University.
