2009 Economic Development Financing Seminar

Vorys partner Scott Ziance will be speaking at the Economic Development Financing Seminar on August 27, 2009.  He will give two presentations during the event.  The first presentation is entitled ‘Use of Special Entities and Agreements’.  Among other points, Mr. Ziance will discuss:

• Special improvement districts
• Cooperative economic development agreements
• Joint economic districts
• Joint economic zones
• Community improvement corporations

In his second presentation, ‘Federal and Ohio Stimulus Programs’, Mr. Ziance will discuss the lessons learned and what to expect from these programs.
