2012 ICSC U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference

Vorys partner Ted Smith participated in the 2012 ICSC U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference on October 27.

Mr. Smith's presentation, "Lease Guaranties and Other Collateral," discussed strategies for securing performance in the current financial market, from the perspective of both landlords and tenants. His session also shared experiences in both acquiring and enforcing guaranties, letters of credit, security deposits and bonds.
