2013 Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar

Vorys partners Steve Buchenroth, Jeff Marks and Reggie Jackson spoke at the 2013 Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar on August 22, 2013.  Mr. Marks participated in a panel titled Litigation Trusts – Get Ready for the Chapter II After – Party and eDiscovery – How to Minimize Risk & Reduce Costs While Playing by the Rules of Civil Procedure & the Rules of Professional Conduct. Mr. Buchenroth discussed Ohio’s new receivership statute and Mr. Jackson presented 363 Sales: Are They Really Free and Clear and Creditor’s Committees: Thorny Issues and Recent Developments.
