2016 Bankruptcy Law Institute

Vorys attorney Brenda Bowers was a speaker at the 2016 Bankruptcy Law Institute hosted by the Columbus Bar Association on May 5, 2016.  Her presentation was titled “Interplay Between Bankruptcy and Receivership Laws” and provided an overview of applicable statutory framework, comparisons of each and discussed bankruptcy estate issues.
