2022 RMD Rules for IRAs and Qualified Plans – Impact of SECURE Act Proposed Regs and SECURE 2.0

Jennifer Dunsizer, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office, spoke at the American Bar Association’s 2022 RMD Rules for IRAs and Qualified Plans webinar on May 24, 2022. The panel of speakers discussed what impact the proposed regulations implementing the SECURE Act RMD rules will have for clients, estate planning attorneys and plan administrators.
