33rd Annual Advanced Estate Planning Institute

Vorys attorney Mark Noel was a speaker at the 33^rd Annual Advanced Estate Planning Institute hosted by the Cincinnati Bar Association on February 19, 2016.  His presentation was titled “Ohio Case Law and Legislative Update” and provided an in-depth discussion of significant Ohio case law and legislative developments for 2015 and analyzed best practices for Ohio estate planners in light of such laws.
