ACEC Energy Forum

Vorys Partner Mike Settineri spoke at the Energy Forum for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) on May 21, 2019. Settineri presented an Energy Law Overview that covered an overview of regulatory agencies (PUCO and OPSB), an update on House Bill 6 (nuclear plant subsidy) and renewable energy trends in Ohio.
