Advanced Commercial Real Estate Seminar

Vorys Partner Joseph Mann spoke at the Ohio State Bar Association’s (OSBA) Advanced Commercial Real Estate Seminar on October 16, 2019. The title of his presentation was, “Federal Qualified Opportunity Zone Transactions” and provided an overview of the federal qualified opportunity zone program, including potential tax benefits, program requirements, transaction structuring and Treasury Department guidance.
