Conflicts of Interest: Trust and Estate Administration

Vorys Partners Phil Downey and Lisa Forbes spoke on "Conflicts of Interest:  Trust and Estate Administration" hosted by the Akron Bar Association on April 21, 2017. During their presentation, they addressed conflicts of interest in the context of a trust and estate practice, paying particular attention to the Supreme Court of Ohio’s recent decision in Cincinnati Bar Association v Robertson, 145 Ohio St.3d 302, 2016-Ohio-654.
