Employment Laws Affecting Staffing Decisions During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Akilah Craig, an associate in the Vorys Houston office, joined the American Society of Plastic Surgeons for a webinar on April 7, 2020 titled “Employment Laws Affecting Staffing Decisions During the COVID-19 Pandemic.”  On the webinar, Craig discussed the federal government’s Paycheck Protection Program, federal Employee Retention Tax Credits, and the expanded unemployment benefits of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
