Ethical Issues in Cyberspace for the Ohio Transportation Engineering Conference 2020

Vorys Partner Allen Rutz and Vorys Associate Gretchen Rutz participated in a session about ethical issues in cyberspace at the 2020 Ohio Transportation Engineering Conference. As data transmission speeds continue to increase, it has become imperative that engineers keep privacy and cybersecurity in their smart mobility toolbox. This presentation discussed the engineer’s ethical duty to design systems and processes that protect sensitive data in light of evolving privacy laws.
