ILTA Statewide Meeting for Ohio Litigation Support Professionals

Vorys Litigation Technology Manager, Julie Brown and Vorys partner, Doug Matthews, will be participating in the International Legal Technology Association Meeting for Ohio Litigation Support Professionals on September 14, 2009.

Ms. Brown will sit on a panel discussion on project management for the litigation professional.  This session will discuss how various project management techniques can simplify the discovery process and will focus on deadlines, deliverables and dependencies, as well as suggestions for instituting a repeatable process.

Mr. Matthews will participate in a panel discussion on searching electronically-stored information prior to collection.  The session will delve into concerns regarding searching, retrieving and gathering ESI during the collection process.
