Mental Health Parity (Health and Welfare Benefit Plans National Institute, 2017)

On September 25, 2017, Vorys Of Counsel Linda Mendel presented at the 28th Annual National Institute on Health and Welfare Benefit Plans. Mendel was one of three speakers on the Mental Health Parity panel.  This panel discussed compliance requirements in regard to the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA), evolving standards for demonstrating parity in non-quantitative treatment limitations and recent litigation involving mental health benefits.
