OHIMA 34th Annual Meeting & Tradeshow

Vorys partner Lisa Reisz was a speaker at the Ohio Health Information Management Association 34^th Annual Meeting & Tradeshow on March 18, 2014.  Her presentation was titled The New HIPAA Breach Standard and discussed how to handle breaches, the Final Omnibus HIPAA Rule, breach notification obligations of covered entities and business associates, common causes of a breach and provided an overview of cyber insurance.
