OSBA Ohio Insurance and Negligence Law Conference

Vorys Partner Allen Rutz spoke at the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) Ohio Insurance and Negligence Law Conference on September 17, 2019. The title of the session was, “Ohio Northern University v. Charles Construction Services” and covered one of the most important recent Ohio insurance law cases from the attorneys who litigated it. The ONU case focuses on what constitutes an occurrence with respect to the work of subcontractors following the Custom Agri decision.
