Ohio Concrete Fall Engineering Seminar

Vorys Partner Allen Rutz spoke at the Ohio Concrete Fall Engineering Seminar on November 19, 2019. The title of the presentation was, “What “The Practice of Engineering” Means in 2019.” Changing technologies, changing regulatory environments, and changing public perceptions have all impacted what “The Practice of Engineering” means.  This presentation examined how courts and government agencies in the US have defined “The Practice of Engineering” as of 2019 and looks at how past trends may predict future impacts.
