Ohio Engineering Law and Ethics

Vorys Partner Allen Rutz was a speaker at the Ohio Engineering Law and Ethics Seminar hosted by Half Moon Education on March 29, 2016.  His presentation was titled “Law of Engineering Malpractice” and he reviewed the grounds for professional liability claims, identified who can bring a claim, examined common sources of professional liability claims, reviewed defenses, determined damages and discussed the process of participating in dispute resolution.
