Ohio Transportation Engineering Conference

Vorys partner Allen Rutz presented at the 2018 Ohio Transportation Engineering Conference (OTEC) on October 3, 2018.  His presentation was titled "What the 'practice of engineering' means, and the continuing importance of Engineer Licensing and Ethics in the age of Artificial Intelligence and autonomous decision making.

OTEC is a two-day even attended by over 3,750 engineers, government officials, researchers, regional planners, contractors and industry representative, making it one of the nation's largest transportation conferences.  The program addressed the latest policy and technical information, covering new ideas in transportation policy, planning, design, construction, maintenance and operation.
