Retail Development & Law Symposium

Vorys partners Ted Smith and Reggie Jackson participated in the International Council of Shopping Centers’ Retail Development and Law Symposium on March 5, 2010.  They were members of the panel discussion, ‘Opportunities and Pitfalls in Buying and Selling Distressed, Underperforming and Foreclosed Projects’.

The panel discussed topics such as title issues, property inspections, lease issues, lenders, and receivers.
