Shale State Regulatory and Legislative Update

Vorys partner Jon Airey spoke at the Kentucky Mineral Law Conference on October 24, 2012, presented by the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation. Mr. Airey was part of panel discussing the Shale State Regulatory and Legislative Update, which provided an analysis of programs that have developed in key Eastern states with a focus on regulatory and legislative development in those states.
