Ohio State Bar Association's 2016 Taking and Defending Effective Depositions Seminar

Vorys attorneys Pete Lusenhop and Heather Lutz were speakers at the Ohio State Bar Association’s program, Taking and Defending Effective Depositions on June 16. Pete’s program was titled “Dealing with the Obstreperous Adversary” and discussed abusive conduct, improper questions, abusive invocation of privilege,  protective records and making the record. Heather’s presentation was titled “Conducting the Deposition” and discussed who may be deposed, who may attend, stipulations, scope of oral examination, conferring with counsel, inquiries into witness preparation and videotaped and written depositions.
