Vorys attorneys Craig Auge, Anker Bell, Jason Elvers and Eric Whisler spoke at the Technology and Software Seminar hosted by GBQ Partners on December 3. Their presentation was titled Technology and Software Contracts – Avoiding Hazards and Protecting Assets and discussed negotiating these agreements, shared practical advice on the proper forms of agreements, structuring payments and remedies, avoiding scope creep, data security, and protecting intellectual property and confidential information.
