The American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2018 Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar

On August 22, 2018, Vorys Partner Jeff Marks spoke at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2018 Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar. Marks was one of five panelists who chaired the panel, Negotiating Strategies and Issues Related to Financing a Chapter 11 Case, Cash Collateral and DIP Financing. The panel discussed financial issues in relation to retailers in Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
