Vorys attorney Elizabeth Simon presented a webinar titled The Ethics of Billing & Collecting Attorneys’ Fees, hosted by the Professional Education Broadcast Network on February 20, 2015.  She discussed issues that range from what attorney time is billable and what is not, billing for paralegal time or work that has been contracted out to another attorney, recovery costs, contingency and other alternative fee arrangements, and disputes with clients over fees.
