Vorys Attorneys Lisa Forbes and Beth Weinewuth spoke at the Marvin R. Pliskin Advanced and Estate Planning Seminar co-sponsored by the Ohio State Bar Association on September 13, 2019. Weinewuth presented on 2019 revisions to the Ohio Trust Code and related statutes. The title of Forbes’s presentation was, “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: Recent Court Cases and What They Tell Us about the Duties Imposed on Fiduciaries.”
