ABA Section of Taxation: Virtual 2024 Fall Tax Meeting

Jen Dunsizer, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office, and Jacquie Abbott, of counsel in the Vorys Houston office, presented at the ABA Section of Taxation: Virtual 2024 Fall Tax Meeting.

Jen presented on a panel on Monday, September 23, and the presentation was titled "The Scope of Enforceability of Non-Competes in Flux – The Potential Tax Consequences from Increased State and Federal Pressure on Noncompetition Agreements."  She also spoke on a panel during Tuesday's sessions titled "Executive Compensation, Fringe Benefits, and Federal Securities Law Executive Compensation Update." 

Jacquie presented on Thursday, September 26 with the Employee Benefits Welfare Plan, EEOC, FMLA and Leave Issues Subcommittee on the topic of Change Healthcare HIPAA Breach.
