American Health Law Association (AHLA) 2025 Long Term and Post-Acute Care Law and Compliance Conference

Sydney Pahren, associate in the Vorys Columbus Office, will be speaking at the American Health Law Association's (AHLA) 2025 Long Term and Post-Acute Care Law and Compliance Conference on February 4^th and 5^th in Orlando, FL. Her presentation is titled "Case Law Update and Impacts on Long Term and Post-Acute Care Providers" and will cover recent case law developments including DAB decisions, False Claims Act and fraud and abuse litigation, cases to watch, and HIPAA, Data Breach and Privacy litigation and enforcement.
