Association of Independent Colleges & Universities of Ohio 2024 Compliance Day

Natalie McLaughlin and Erin French, partners in the Vorys Columbus office, spoke at the Association of Independent Colleges & Universities of Ohio (AICUO) 2024 Compliance Day on September 10.  Their presentation was titled "State and Federal Regulations on Sex and Gender," and they explored the impact of state and federal regulations on sex and gender, focusing on the Ohio Transgender Bathroom Bill, the Save Women’s Sports Act, and recent updates to Title IX.  Attendees gained insights into how these laws shape policies while learning strategies to promote gender equity.
