Knueve Speaks at the 2020 RILA Retail Law Conference

Mark Knueve, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office, spoke at the 2020 Retail Law Conference on October 20, 2020.  His session was titled, “Cannabis Conundrums” and gave an overview of how to navigate through the haze of marijuana legalization and the myriad issues retailers face when asked to accommodate marijuana using applicants and employees—including non-discrimination, reasonable accommodation, off-duty use and drug testing.
