2024 Smart Business Dealmakers Conference

Frank Zonars, a partner in the Columbus office, co-moderated a panel at the 2024 Smart Business Dealmakers Conference on September 19.  The panel was titled "Financing Growth and Structuring the Deal" and they discussed the art of structuring and negotiating financial terms in M&A deals.

The panel included the VP of a prominent investment company, the VP of a successful truck rental company, and a bank market executive.  They provided insights on optimizing deal structures, navigating complex financial arrangements and ensuring fair valuation.
