Brent is a member of the labor and employment group.  He has over 30 years of experience representing clients in California and throughout the country ranging in size from large international corporations to small local businesses in a wide variety of labor and employment matters.  Brent represents and advises clients in numerous industries including retail, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, hair care/beauty, and information technology.

Brent’s practice focuses on state and federal court litigation, including wage/hour class actions, PAGA, unfair competition, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment. He also has experience with corporate mergers and acquisitions, executive employment agreements, severance negotiations, collective bargaining negotiations, internal investigations, wage and hour audits and other policy and compliance issues.  Further, he provides counsel and workplace training to help clients proactively manage employment related risk.  

Brent received his J.D. from the University of Southern California and his B.A. from Columbia University.
