Janie S. Hanna

Janie is the economic development manager for the firm’s nationwide economic development incentives group.  She assists clients with the management of their economic development incentives and tax incentives.  Janie also works with Vista Site Selection, LLC, an ancillary business of Vorys, where she assists clients with site selection, incentive procurement and economic development strategies.  She has experience working with developers, operating businesses and political subdivisions to identify, manage and implement their development projects.

Prior to joining Vorys, Janie was a project manager at an economic and community development consulting firm, where she served clients in the public and private sectors.  Janie’s experience included managing development projects for public clients, including infrastructure, new construction and revitalization.  She oversaw site selection strategies and administered incentive procurement for businesses throughout the United States.  Her responsibilities also included conducting market research and analysis and financial impact analysis for her clients’ projects and communities.
