Overview

Chris is a senior attorney in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the tax group’s trust and estates subgroup.  He has experience drafting estate plans and preparing tax returns.  He has also advised clients on estate planning techniques, including grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGTs), spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs) and qualified terminable interest property (QTIP) elections.

Chris received his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and his B.S. in legal studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He is also a certified public accountant.
