Overview

Becca is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the labor and employment group.

She is experienced in handling labor negotiations, representing clients in unfair labor practice charge proceedings and responding to initial union organization activity.  Becca regularly advises clients regarding complex employment-compliance matters, including wage and hour, paid leave and others.  She also advises on nationwide surveys of relevant statutes and regulations.

She has experience representing clients in class and collective actions in state and federal courts.  Becca has also represented clients in litigation involving FMLA, ADA and Title VII disputes.

Becca has represented clients in various state agency administrative proceedings, including those for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.   

Becca received her J.D. cum laude from the Capital University Law School, where she served as the managing editor for The Capital University Law Review.  She received her B.A. from The Ohio State University.

While in law school, Becca served as a judicial extern for both the Honorable Judge Michael H. Watson of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio (2020) and for the Honorable Chief Judge Jeffrey F. Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (2021).
