Kevin M. Krese

Kevin is Vorys’ chief financial officer.  He oversees all the firm’s financial operations, including accounting, treasury management, revenue and strategic pricing.  Kevin has significant experience with mergers and acquisitions, strategic reporting, financial reporting and analysis as well as KPI scorecards.

Kevin has more than 20 years of business, financial and legal experience.  Prior to joining Vorys, Kevin has worked with a “Big Four” accounting firm, an AMLaw 200 firm and various Fortune 500 companies.  He has led teams in the accounting, finance, IT, operations, human resources and marketing fields, both improving efficiency and managing crisis situations.

Kevin is a CFA charterholder, an active member of the CFA Institute and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Kevin received his M.S. of Accountancy from the University of Virginia and his B.S. in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Dayton.
