DeLoughery "Lori" D. Lang

Lori is an associate in the Vorys Houston office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group, whose practice primarily focuses on commercial finance.  She represents borrowers and lenders, both public and private, in a variety of transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, joint ventures, asset-based loan transactions and other finance matters.

Lori also assists clients in franchising matters, including preparation of franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements.

Lori received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as the executive editor of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal.  She received her B.A. from the University of Alabama.
