Overview
Kim is a litigation paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office. She has significant experience in all aspects of environmental, civil and criminal litigation, including white-collar crime, pro-bono death penalty appeals, medical malpractice, personal injury, antitrust litigation, contract disputes, personal injury, toxic tort, labor and employment, oil and gas, complex class actions, and corporate compliance matters. Kim is proficient in database development and electronic case management. She is also a member of the firm’s Core Group concerning the new Federal Rules regarding e-discovery, preparation of summary demonstrative exhibits, and integration of evidence into electronic trial presentation.
Kim has spoken on electronic trial presentation, e-discovery, subpoena issuance and service, and the effective use of paralegals. She has also assisted in presentations to the Ohio Attorney General’s office regarding case management and discovery issues.
