Buckley Quoted in Law360Story Titled “Valve Maker's Asbestos Suits Each Covered, Judge Rules”

Daniel Buckley, a partner in the Cincinnati office and a member of the litigation group, was quoted in a Law360 story about a recent Hamilton County Court Of Common Pleas decision.  According to the story, the judge ruled that Asbestos injury suits targeting The William Powell Co., a 150-year-old Cincinnati-based company, each trigger coverage under its policies with OneBeacon Insurance Co. 

The story states:

“Daniel J. Buckley of Vorys Sater Seymour & Pease LLP, who represented William Powell, said the company was ‘most pleased’ with the decision.

‘The decision has important implications for it with respect to both past and future claims, and it is pleased that the court upheld its view of the limits issues in this case,’ he said.”
