Ford Discusses Political Discussion in the Workplace on Houston Public Media’s Bauer Business Focus

Jackie Ford, a partner in the Vorys Houston office and a member of the labor and employment group, was recently a guest on Houston Public Media’s Bauer Business Focus radio show.  She spoke with the show’s host about political discussions in the workplace.  According to Ford, the only Texas law regarding politics in the workplace is one that prohibits retaliation against an employee because they refuse to indicate how they voted.
