Foreman Honored by Columbus Bar Association with President's Award
Ivery D. Foreman, a partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, was honored for his extraordinary service to the Columbus Bar Association with the President’s Award on June 4, 2010. Foreman received the award for his distinguished work in leading the CBA’s Audit Committee.
Foreman is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate and finance group, where he practices primarily in the areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions, securities and antitrust regulatory law. He has more than 32 years experience in representing corporations on matters such as public offerings and private placements, joint venture and partnership arrangements, compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate reorganizations and debt financings.
Foreman received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, his MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Tufts University.
