Vermont Supreme Court Rules in Toxic Tort Case

Joseph D. Lonardo, the managing partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, made oral arguments before the Vermont Supreme Court, which recently ruled on behalf of the firm’s client, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
