Vetter Quoted in Cincinnati Enquirer Story Titled “More Entertainment Districts for Liberty Twp”
Tom Vetter, an associate in the Columbus office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group, was quoted in a Cincinnati Enquirer story titled “More Entertainment Districts for Liberty Twp.” The story focused on the approval of the creation of two community entertainment districts that will support the $350 million Liberty Center mixed-use development located at Interstate 75 and Ohio 129 in Butler County, Ohio.
The story states:
“Among the announced tenants for the project are The Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant, Brio Tuscan Grille, Flip Side, Kona Grill, Pies and Pints, and the Cheesecake Factory.
‘This is a project modeled after Easton (Town Center in Columbus), where three community entertainment districts allow it to be a first-class facility,’ said Thomas Vetter, an attorney representing Liberty Center Holdings LLC.
There are 64 such districts in Ohio, to which a total of 279 liquor permits have been issued, according to Timothy Bechtold, also an attorney working on behalf of the project.”
