Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP recently advised Air Transport Services Group, Inc. – a leading provider of aircraft leasing and air cargo transportation and related services – in two significant financing transactions. Vorys assisted ATSG in connection with its offering of $200 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior unsecured notes due 2028 as well as in connection with its $1B senior secured credit facility.
