Vorys Advises Insight Bank in Merger with First Financial Bank

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP recently advised Insight Bank, Worthington, Ohio (Insight) on its sale to First Financial Bancorp, the parent holding company of First Financial Bank, National Association, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.  The merger was completed in August 2014.  Under the terms of the merger, First Financial acquired Insight in a cash and stock transaction in which Insight merged with and into First Financial Bank.
