Vorys Expands Health Care Practice with Addition of Robin P. Bravchok

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP is pleased to welcome Robin P. Bravchok to its Columbus office.  Bravchok joins the health care group as an associate.

Bravchok practices in health care and corporate law, representing hospitals, physicians and long-term care providers in connection with regulatory matters and the drafting and negotiation of contracts.  She has additional experience in asset and stock transactions, regulatory matters, fraud and abuse, licensure issues, anti-kickback and Stark compliance, HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid laws, certificate of need and state and federal administrative hearings.

Bravchok received her J.D. magna cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and her B.S. summa cum laude from the Franciscan University of Steubenville.
