Vorys Partners from Ohio and D.C. Included on the Managing Intellectual Property 2015 IP Stars List
Vorys is pleased to announce that two Vorys partners, Vincent DeLuca and Michael Garvin, have been named to the Managing IP 2015 IP Stars List. The rankings are based on extensive research among IP practitioners carried out over six months. IP Stars are recommended and confirmed by their peers and clients in each respective jurisdiction.
Deluca is a partner in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office and a member of the technology and intellectual property group. His practice is focused on electronics and computer-related patents and includes patent procurement, preparation and prosecution; client counseling; patent reexamination; and the preparation of opinions on issues of infringement, validity and enforceability.
Garvin is a partner in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the litigation and technology and intellectual property groups. His practice focuses on intellectual property and technology litigation, particularly patent litigation, including the prosecution and defense of patent infringement cases in the computer, telecommunications, medical device, electrical and mechanical fields; the prosecution of anti-piracy cases; the prosecution of software performance cases; and the prosecution and defense of several copyright, trademark, trade secret and non-competition actions.
