Vorys Recognized as a Top Central Ohio Gay-Friendly Workplace by the Human Rights Campaign

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease has been recognized for the fourth year in a row as one of the top gay-friendly workplaces in central Ohio by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).

Each fall, HRC releases the Corporate Equality Index Report (CEI), which provides an in-depth analysis and rating of U.S. employers and their policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees.  The CEI rates companies on 40 specific policies and practices.  Companies that receive high scores must have non-discrimination policies, conduct diversity training and offer benefits to non-married partners, among other criteria.
